How to Reach Us on Legal Matters

For questions about your legal rights, data access, or account policy, our support team handles dedicated requests separately from general account help. Raise a legal or data query through any of the three paths below and we will route it to the right team.

Live Chat Start a live chat session from your account dashboard. Legal queries are flagged separately and reviewed by our policy team, not the general support queue.
Email Support Send detailed legal or data requests by email. Include your account ID and the specific policy section you are asking about so we can respond with the right information.
Account Ticket Log a formal request ticket directly inside your account portal. This creates a traceable record of your legal query and any response we provide, useful for data or deletion requests.
DATA AND SECURITY

How We Protect Your Account and Data

Account security and data handling sit at the core of how we run mentoto. Every account is protected with session-based authentication — your OTP at login is tied to your registered mobile number and expires after a single use. We do not store raw payment credentials from DANA, OVO, or GoPay; only transaction references and timestamps are logged. Cookie usage on the platform is limited to session management and preference retention across devices, so your mobile session carries over when you switch to desktop.

Data Retention

Account data is retained only as long as required by applicable financial or legal regulation. After account closure, non-essential data is removed within the period stated in our policy.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in across your phone and browser. No third-party advertising cookies are placed without your awareness — cookie preferences are adjustable in account settings.

Account Security

Each login uses a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. If you suspect unauthorised access, lock your account immediately from the security tab and contact support.

Who to Contact

For data access requests, correction requests, or deletion — raise a formal ticket through your account portal or email our policy team directly with your account ID and the request type.

Legal Questions We Hear Most

These are the questions account holders ask most often about their legal rights, data handling, and how our policy works in practice. If your question is not here, raise it through live chat or a support ticket.

Access and eligibility depend on local law. Where local law permits, these terms apply in full. If you are in an eligible region in Indonesia, opening an account means you accept these terms at registration.

We store the transaction reference, timestamp, and account ID for each deposit or withdrawal. We do not store your e-wallet PIN or raw payment credentials — only the reference your payment provider generates.

Yes. Log a data access request through your account ticket portal or email our policy team with your account ID. We will respond with the data we hold on your account within the timeframe stated in current policy.

Open a support ticket from your account dashboard and select the relevant transaction. Include the date, payment method — DANA, OVO, or GoPay — and the discrepancy. Our team reviews and updates records where an error is confirmed.

Go to account settings, select the close-account option, and submit a deletion request. We remove non-essential data after the retention period required by applicable regulation. Your transaction history may be retained for the legally required window.

We notify active accounts before any policy update takes effect. Notification comes through the contact method on your account. Continued use after the notification date counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
